Romanzia Shades can be purchased through thousands of window covering dealers nationwide - home
furnishing stores, interior designers, and other window covering professionals. We
encourage consumers to use the services of a window covering professional because they can help find
the right fabric and provide professional measuring and installation services. Romanzia
Customer Service may be able to recommend a dealer in your area.
Companies and individuals who are regularly
engaged in the business of selling window coverings may wish to open a dealer's
account with Romanzia. A dealer's account application must be approved before
any dealer's discount terms will be discussed.

Inspection of Customer's Fabric
Romanzia inspects Customer's Fabric upon arrival as a courtesy.
We do our best to inform our customers of any printing flaws or fabric
defects. Romanzia, however, does not assume responsibility for dye
lot match, printing flaws, or fabric defects in Customer's Fabric.
Shipping Your Fabric to Romanzia
Fabric should always be shipped on a roll to avoid wrinkling. Fabric that is received folded
or wrinkled may be subject to a pressing charge. Please be sure that our workroom can
match your fabric to your order by carefully describing your fabric on the order
form and clearly identifying the package when shipped. Ship fabric to Romanzia at the address listed
below. If you ship fabric by U.S. Mail, be sure to include P.O. Box 72 on the address label.
Return of Extra Customer's Fabric
Romanzia will return extra fabric if
requested. Extra fabric will be shipped separate from your shade order. Freight
charges for returned fabric will be billed to the customer. Only full width pieces
will be returned. Selvage scraps will not be returned.
Rush Orders
We will do our best to
complete your order in a timely manner. If you have a deadline, please let
us know and we will try to work with it. If accommodating your deadline
is not possible within our regular work schedule, we may be able to schedule
overtime help to complete your order on a rush basis. Please check with
Romanzia customer service to see if rush orders are being accepted. If so,
a 20% rush charge will apply.
Flame Retardant Lining
Flame Retardant Linings are available upon special request.
Materials (fabric & trim) supplied by the customer
must be flame retardant for shades and toptreatments to be flame retardant.
Romanzia does not provide flame proofing service for fabrics, trim, or finished
products. Romanzia makes no claims as to the fire retardancy of it's products
other than passing through the flame retardancy certifications of the window
covering fabrics used.
Warranty
Romanzia products are guaranteed to be free from defect
for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Romanzia reserves
the right to correct any such defect. This guarantee does not extend
to fabric or trim supplied by the customer, normal wear, or damage
as a result of misuse.
